Susan Hase - Organization Effectiveness and Change Management Consultant


Susan has 20+ years business and organizational development experience.  She specializes in helping teams work through business process design/redesign efforts and executing change plans to ensure the new processes deliver the intended results.  Susan’s capabilities also include strategic planning, change and individual transition management, and organizational, leadership and team development.

Susan is highly proficient in her ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements and identify gaps and opportunities to improve an organization’s effectiveness.  She is able to think quickly on her feet and uses an array of models, frameworks, and processes to accomplish goals and achieve success for her clients.  Susan has extensive experience mediating conflict and crisis situations that arise between individuals ,teams and organizations.

Susan has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Business (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.


Tony Wickham - Senior Consultant

Organization Performance and Change Management 


30+ years business and industrial experience with Kimberly-Clark and Weyerhaeuser, and as an external consultant driving extraordinary and sustainable results. He excels in Organizational, Team, and Individual Performance improvement. Tony helps organizations assess performance gaps, then develop and implement practical and actionable solutions. His deep knowledge of Change Management enables him to incorporate effective techniques that bring people through the change journey to the point where they own the new solution. He has a unique approach to business process redesign initiatives that results in aligned organization structures, metrics, and clear individual job roles. 


Tony’s extensive experience has prepared him to work on improvement initiatives in a wide range of areas: strategy development and alignment, organization effectiveness, team effectiveness, change management, business process design, performance management and development, and leadership development and coaching. He has held individual contributor and leadership positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.   Tony received his B.S. in Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
